About SLC Conference Center

The SLC Conference Center is located in midtown Manhattan. The Center offers 4000 square feet of meeting space. We have available 8 rooms of various sizes ranging from 100 to 1,500 sq. ft. Two of the largest rooms have moveable walls, allowing the flexibility of quickly dividing a larger room into as many as 4 smaller rooms. Our conference rooms can be used by the day, evening, or hour at fees that are the lowest in midtown Manhattan. Whether a corporate training or a seminar, the quality staff support allows the ultimate in comfort for your events. Rooms are set up to your specific requests, including the usage of: Marker boards, markers & erasers, adjustable bodywork table/face cradles, pillows & mats, chairs & tables, overhead fluorescent /dimmer halogen lamps, podium/music stand, cassette player/radio/CD player.

SLC Conference Center - An Eventective User from New York City, New York. Waterbury,CT

I would recommend the SLC Conference Center for any meeting or conference. I attended a conference their in August of 2007 for my company, an investment firm. I believe that their are the rooms available for rent at the complex. The room in which my company held its meeting held fifty to sixty people and cost 440$ for the day. The room was a college style - lecture hall type of setup. The room had a few rows of desk seats and an upper level area set up with several six - seat tables. In the front of the room their was a large white board and projector screen.The room had wifi , a several computers, and a projector. The room was spacious and the seating arrangements were comfortable. The convention center itself its located in the heart of Manhattan, yet cheap. Because of this, it is a great spot and reputable to all clientele. The center is surrounded by decent, cheap hotels . Their is ample parking surrounding the center, and the center itself has its own parking garage. The center has its own catering service. The catering service offers several breakfast meal plans, as well as a full service lunch and dinner menu. The food was actually quite good and the catering staff was professional and courteous. Do to its good location, professional staff, and relatively cheap prices , I would recommend the SLC Conference Center as a good New York venue.
