Below are the updated booking guidelines for The Diamond Gallery. Please review these policies carefully before confirming your reservation: 1. Smoking Policy • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building at all times. 2. Catering & Vendors • Outside catering is allowed; however, all external vendors must adhere to local health and safety regulations and receive prior approval from our events team. • Any additional service providers (e.g., bartenders, security) must also be cleared in advance. 3. Alcohol Policy • Alcohol service is permitted until 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, no alcohol may be served or consumed on the premises. 4. Entertainment & Sound • DJs and live entertainment are welcome. Please coordinate with our events team regarding equipment setup and sound levels to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. 5. Decorations & Setup • Any decorations, installations, or modifications to the venue must be pre-approved to ensure the protection of our art and property. • Setup and breakdown times must be scheduled with management in advance. 6. Damage, Clean-Up & Liability • A damage deposit may be required, and the venue must be returned to its original condition. • Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is not left in proper order. • Event organizers are responsible for any damages or rule violations during the event. 7. General Conduct & Compliance • All event attendees are expected to respect the venue and adhere to local ordinances. • The Diamond Gallery reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings if these policies are not followed. By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these guidelines, ensuring a safe, elegant, and seamless experience for you and your guests.
