Terms and Conditions

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges apply: Less than 3 days before the event, the Cancellation Fee is 20 % of the total event cost. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, that make it impossible to hold your event, we may reschedule the event to a mutually agreed-upon date or provide a full refund of your deposit and event fee (minus any incurred expenses). Responsibility: You are responsible for the conduct of all attendees at your event. Any damage to the venue or its property caused by your guests will be billed to you. Security: We may require security personnel for certain events, and the cost will be borne by the client. The venue reserves the right to determine the level of security required. Creatures at Selina Rooftop is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that occurs during the event. You are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for your event. Changes to Terms Creatures at Selina Rooftop reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.
