We are located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, within 2 miles or less from main attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Myrtle Beach State Park, and the boardwalk on Ocean Blvd. Conveniently located all under one roof, planning has never been this easy! Our Grand Ballroom is 3,900 square feet of newly renovated meeting space that can accommodate up to 250 people for banquet style seating or 400 reception style. This versatile space can be divided into smaller sections to accommodate a more moderate event, training, or breakouts! We also have a convenient hospitality suite located on the 15th floor for your casual gatherings. Our resort also features a wrap-around ocean-front deck and private sand area which can accommodate a ceremony, cocktail hour or reception.

Awesome Sweet 16! - An Eventective User

I had my daughters sweet 16 party here. When we walked in, the room was exactly the way it was pictured online. All of the tables and chairs were set up, with table cloths, already on them. There’s a full kitchen with access to everything that you may need, and the things that you’ve forgotten. All of her guests had an amazing time. We paid $500 for the room, got the keys after 10 AM, and had it until 11 PM. We decorated everything and were responsible for taking everything back down, but that was not a problem. I brought my vacuum, my mop and some cleaning supplies. They had a giant garbage pail in there, the kind that you would see in a school cafeteria. Extra garbage bags were provided also. The view was beautiful. I would definitely recommend having a small party here. The room holds 40 people, we only had 25, and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their food at the tables and for other kids to be dancing.

Had my dream wedding here!! - An Eventective User

They worked with me, all while only being 3 weeks away from the wedding. Ally recommended the best coordinator for me. The location is beautiful. I had my ceremony outside On the sand area and it was just perfect. Everyone from their balconies were clapping for us, From the bar that’s near there. Sooo nice! The ballroom ( i only had a small amount of people so I only rented out half) Was very spacious and beautiful. Of course the way the Laurie (my coordinator) decorated tied it all in. I was just so pleased! The only thing I can say wasn’t the best for me was the food. None of my guest liked the food. Including ourselves. Other than that the location, the sand room, the ballroom, ally, Kennedydoss event management. Dj mark, to the bartender. Such sweet people who definitely helped me make this dream come true!
