Our A/B Building (2 Buildings in 1!) is an excellent space for your business meeting/training/testing functions. The spacious building(s) come with plenty of parking, bathrooms, a kitchen, and a door to separate into 2 sections/meeting areas! Price listed based on 3 or more dates per year on weekdays during business hours. Minimum of 2 dates per year. The more dates per year, the less cost per date. An allotment of tables and chairs included with the building. Discount given if all meetings are booked during offseason, late September-Mid March.

We do not do single day individual building rentals, book a couple meetings in a 12-month period and we will package a deal up for you! Insurance required.
Need Space in the winter? An area to do a construction project? A month of meetings? Some extra temporary storage? We even have a race car group occupy one of our buildings all winter long!

-Tons of area for a large campout plus lawn games, entertainment, etc.
-50 RV sites with electricity, 45 also include water (shared between 2 sites, bring splitter)
-Lots of room for additional dry RV camp spots and tents. Smaller generators ok.
-June-September dates only, subject to availability
-Includes 24 hour restroom and free shower access
-Quick and easy references available for local vendors for additional (portable) toilets, musical entertainment, Inflatables for the kids, mobile food trucks, private outdoor movies, etc.

-Price for big lot/camp area plus restroom:
- Under 50 camping units or under total of 100 people $750/night.
-50-99 camping units or 100-199 people $1150/night
-Over 100 camping units or over 200 people $1500/Night (Some sort of cap potentially based on nature of event)
-Nice reception/gathering building (day use only) complete with kitchen, additional restrooms and tables and chairs available as an add-on for half of normal price. $275 per each day of use. Some limited availability due to county fair setup/takedown.

This is the minimum rental package for 1 day private party rentals that include a building, you get half the fairgrounds, so have fun! You could host a wedding, retirement party and much more. Lots of space for parking and plenty of open green grass including the stage with the north package. You have plenty of room to work with!
½ Fairgrounds Rentals-$1,475/day weekend (Fri-Sun), $1,375/day weekday (Mon-Thurs)
North-Includes A/B and C Buildings, stage area, A/B/C parking area and pavilion parking area. Includes use of pavilion bathrooms and ADA (may be shared if South occupant) bathrooms, restrooms are also located inside A/B Building. Includes North and (1 of the 2) West Gates.
June-August the Pavilion (restrooms ok) and G buildings may be used as side areas if desired, however their condition may not be ideal/suitable at all due to livestock events occupying these buildings in the summer months.
South-Includes expansive South parking lot, grassy areas East of the arena, D Building, F Building, and ADA and regular restrooms, and use of South gate (has enter and exit gates).
Staffing is $20/hour on weekdays and $30/hr on weekends on top of base rate above. Staff is there to do whatever you need and will monitor and haul trash, provide cleaning supplies, etc.

1 day rental: $2325 per day = $2,325
2 day rental: $1875per day = $3,750
3 day rental: $1675 per day = $5,025

INCLUDED in Full Fairgrounds Rental Fees: Access to the Skagit County Fairgrounds and use of all rentable buildings, restrooms & other areas (excludes Building E, Horse Barns & Horse Arena). The rental fee includes facility Supervisor staffing for up to 8 hours each day. If the rental event will need more than 8 hours of facility Supervisor staffing each day, this will be billed at a $20 per hour rate if scheduled in advance of 15 days, otherwise the facility Supervisor fee will be at a $30 per hour rate. During peak season on nights/weekends a facility Supervisor fee of $30 may be charged (even when booked 15 days in advance) to cover the cost of staff overtime pay.
• Bathrooms will be stocked and clean at the start of the renter’s use (supplies will be restocked by facility Supervisor during their shift each day).
• High attendance events should consider the use of port-o-potties in place of or in addition to Fairgrounds restrooms.
• Trash receptacles –garbage cans with bags will be provided. User group is responsible for making advance arrangements for dumpster use and haul away. However the Fairgrounds currently has a trade agreement in place with the transfer station that allows the fairgrounds to provide 1 small dumpster (suitable for small/medium events) at no cost to the renter. This dumpster will not be emptied during the middle of events. In the case that this trade agreement is no longer available to the fairgrounds, removal of garbage from the premises is the sole responsibility of the renter.

• For 3+ day full Fairgrounds Rentals, 2.0 tractor hours will be included in the rental fee at no cost
• For 3+ day full Fairgrounds Rentals an extra overnight in the camp area (South lot only) will be permitted until 10am after the last day of your rental for an additional $250.
NOT INCLUDED: Additional fees may apply to the following equipment and services: Facility Supervisor fee of $20 per hour (or more, see above) if rental needs more than 8 hours per day, Equipment (extra fee): (if applicable) Chairs, Tables, Picnic Tables, Bleachers, etc. If dumpster is required, RENTER will pay fee and secure dumpster for delivery and removal.
