Valet Parking is mandatory for any event over 50 guests
CLIENT or its contracted Caterer will be responsible for properly disposing of all trash associated with the staging and actual execution of the EVENT. Without exception, the use of the dumpster located at the VENUE will not be permitted.
All vendors shall obtain an insurance policy for the date of the EVENT for no less than $2,000,000.00 of general liability insurance, product liability, liquor liability insurance, and workers’ compensation insurance.
Client MUST use venue’s in House Caterer, Sogno d’Elite Events. Out-side caterer can be allowed if approved by Kaycee Association and Sogno d’Elite Events. A fee of $1000 will be charge for outside caterers. All vendors MUST have a Certificate of Insurance and licenses.
A refundable $1000 security deposit is required 30 days prior to the event
