When I was in Florida for College my roommate had his wedding at The Zen House and it was absolutely amazing. As the best man I had a first-hand part of the coordination of all parts of the wedding. When we first looked at the location and saw the gardens the terrace and the pool the bride and groom knew this was the place for them to celebrate their wedding. When we arrived after the ceremony and saw how beautifully the place was decorated we were all blown away. The table settings and flowers were gorgeous. The staff at the Zen House had done a wonderful job of working with the couple to make sure everything was perfect. I could tell they were both nervous about how it would all turn out and every meeting with the staff at the Zen House helped put their minds more at ease. For all of us there who knew the bride and groom the past four years or more the day was beautiful. When the meal was served I was very impressed with not only the obvious skills of the kitchen staff put at the professional and polite service by all the staff serving. The outdoor atmosphere on a beautiful Florida night made the sky look unbelievable. After the dinner when the band started to play and we all started to dance I had hoped the night would never end. The staff at the Zen House really felt like part of the family that night and gave the impression that they only wanted to make this event go as perfectly as possible. When the day comes for my wedding I only hope I can find a location that puts so much effort and enthusiasm into making my day that perfect.
We had our wedding reception at the Club of Knights. My wedding coordinator was Tyler Moynihan and he was EXCEPTIONAL. He offered his help and guidance with almost every detail with the reception and I couldn't of asked for more. My wedding was like a dream and I enjoyed every second thanks to Tyler :) There were some mishaps and many changes that occurred during the 13 months in between the time we signed the contract and the day of the wedding, however, I would like to say that almost all the changes that F&E made to their venue and packages were for the better. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with F&E services and I would recommend them to anyone. The food is absolutely delicious and the DJ service (Promo Dj's) are amazing as well. I also want to stop and mention the florist Christina from Trias Flowers. Without her I would of never had such a beautiful decor theme. She helped me decide what I liked and inspired me so much to be creative and different. She helped me find ways to have whatever I wanted at a much affordable price and I appreciated that so much. I can go on forever but the bottom line is F&E and each and everyone of their vendors (including the photography by Hitz oops! almost forgot them) was worth every penny. Choose Fetes and Events!! Fetes & Events coordinated my birthday party. With little time in advance, the staff put together an amazing celebration for me. The food was finger liking good, the music was trendy and catchy, the decoration as super modern and stylish, the service was class AAAA!!! Totally recommend them...I had the best birthday every....The location was The Loft of Bayshore in Miami!

Me and my wife of three magical years got married at the lovely Zen House in Miami Florida. It was most beutiful place ever to have a wedding. The mansion was huge and it made my wife so happy for a great wedding. The price for that service was great and it's rated 5/5 on the sites listing.
The price for the service is a great deal. They provided catering, cake, photographer, DJ, tent, flowers, and tables (linens, etc.). We booked with them almost 11 months in advance and they were very good at keeping us in track of what needed to be done; selecting flowers, colors, etc. During the reception a few things did go wrong (hor d'oeuvres were the wrong ones, and not everyone got cake-guest were dancing and missed by the catering staff), but everything looked beautiful and they delivered everything else as requested. Definitely go with a clear tent if you are choosing one--it was worth the extra money, it was almost as if there were no tent and it added to the ambiance. The DJ was great, and the flowers were very beautiful. Fetes & Events worked with me (I do NOT like roses) by offering a great selection of flowers—that would probably be more expensive—for the same price. My only real complaint was the photographer. Some pictures were poorly lit and out of focus. Keep in mind that the price is good because you get a CD (no printed photos) and also, the images are raw--no sepia or black and white, or touch ups, unless you do it yourself. I would recommend getting an outside photographer and getting it discounted off the package from Fetes & Events—which you can do. Overall, their service was very good. The set up looked fantastic and we had a great time. I recommend that you speak with all the vendors (DJ, photographer, cake, etc) and go over what you want and expect. It will prevent misunderstandings!
