The Student Center Complex embraces the unique climate of South Florida and the lush, tropical University of Miami Coral Gables Campus with two indoor facilities, the Donna E. Shalala Student Center and the Norman A. Whitten University Center, as well as outdoor facilities including the Lakeside Patio Stage and Pool. Both the Donna E. Shalala Student Center (SC) and the Whitten University Center (UC) provide flexible meeting and event spaces. Both Centers are located along the shores of Lake Osceola. The SC is equipped with a vast array of multimedia capabilities and stylish environments and offers space for 10 to 1,000 people. The Student Center Complex truly is the center of the U, providing great meeting and celebration spaces for the community.
