Paradox Museum Miami, LLC (“Paradox Museum”) is a multi-use venue, primarily used for our world-renowned interactive museum. Paradox Museum amenities and spectacular location in the heart of Wynwood makes it an ideal place for concerts, receptions, seminars, weddings and so much more. Paradox Museum venue consist of interactive exhibits and a number of other event and meeting spaces (“Paradox Museum”).

Terms and Conditions
Audio/Visual Equipment
No outside lighting or audio equipment shall be used unless it is installed by a professional company authorized by Paradox Museum. Certain locations in the Paradox Museum are covered by a collective bargaining agreement and have restrictions on the setup and control of lighting, audio and video equipment. Paradox Museum can provide power for any equipment for an additional charge that can be included in the event estimate. Paradox Museum can also provide in-house lighting, audio and video equipment for an additional charge. Paradox Museum reserves the right to modify or control amplified sound levels if deemed necessary by Paradox Museum staff.
Availability
The Paradox Museum are generally available for use between the hours of 10:00am to 11:00pm. Extended hours may be available for events upon approval by Paradox Museum for an additional surcharge. The scheduling of all events is at the discretion of Paradox Museum.
Capacities
Exceeding posted capacities is not allowed and may result in termination of any event at Paradox Museum discretion.
Catering
Paradox Museum has preferred caterers as exclusive caterers. Contracts and charges for catering are separate from facility charges contained in Paradox Museum Facility Rental Agreement. Only approved caterers are allowed to serve, sell or distribute food in the venue. Beverages are exclusively served, sold and distributed by Paradox Museum. Paradox Museum reserves the right to determine areas where food and drink service is permitted.
Alcoholic beverages may not be served to minors. The general sobriety of guests is the responsibility of the Lessee. Public intoxication or other disorderly conduct may be case for termination of an event by Paradox Museum.
Decorations and Equipment
Nothing can be taped, stapled, nailed or attached to any part of the Leased Premises without prior written approval of Paradox Museum. Freestanding equipment and/or decoration are strongly encouraged. Tie wraps, steamers, etc. may be used in certain instances. A drawing or sketch showing the final placement of all chairs and tables required for the event and all elements not provided directly by Paradox Museum including decorations, stages, tables, dance areas, speakers, video monitors, plants, bars, and serving areas must be requested from Paradox Museum during the onsite walk-through. Lessee may request this drawing or sketch from the caterer chosen and submit this drawing or sketch at least (10) business days prior to the event date to Paradox Museum for approval.
Glitter, sparklers, confetti, helium balloons, bird seed, rice or similar items are not permitted on the Leased Premises. The use of candles, open flames or other such flammable devices are not allowed. Exemptions are subject to a written request of the lessee and approval of Paradox Museum. Advance approval in writing must also be obtained from Paradox Museum for any special effects (strobes, fog, haze, ice sculptures, food foundations, etc.) that are to be used.
All decorations and/or equipment must be picked up night of the Event unless permission for extended removal has been granted by Paradox Museum. Paradox Museum reserves the right to remove equipment or decorations at the Lessee’s expense after the agreed upon removal period. Paradox Museum is not responsible for any items left beyond the agreed.
