Very cheap meeting venue, An Eventective User from New York, New York

Of course as our company is very big. We have to travel all over the united states. And in some places we have yet to get another building. So we have to get meeting venues. Anyways we were traveling to Miami and when we found out about this venue we booked it right away. My favorite thing about thus venue is one, it was very cheap. And two, even thou we booked it only a week before our meeting they had extra rooms for late bookings. This particular venue was prepared and made us all feel welcome. Another great thing is, they have so many usable rooms. That they could accommodate almost any ones needs. They also had great food and great service. They also have a great view of where they have this beautiful lake. They have these lovely trees also. It is also very nice and clean. The look of it feels very tropical. It made it really easy to concentrate without being sidetracked. But at the same time feeling comfortable.They also have this room called the business center. It is really convenient. You can make faxes, you can make copies, and you can even ship out packages or rent a laptop. They also always carry general office supplies. They also have a preferred hotel. They reccomend for you and it is great. Unlike other meeting venues that refer you to stay at a hotel that really isn't worth staying at. They also allow you to have virtual meetings threw them. This is the best meeting venue out there and I hope you try it out.

Wedding by the Bay, An Eventective User from North Miami, FLORIDA

The location is one of the best in South Florida. It is a convention center normally but can be rented out to weddings. The reception is on the second floor of a handsome, new building a few feet away from a stunning view of Biscayne Bay. The entrance is large and easy to find. It is adjacent to the Biscayne Bay camopus of Florida International University. The location, called the Kovens Center has contracts with party organizers which will take care of the catering, entertainments and even valet parking. Package deals are available. There is plenty of nearby parking and the experience was nothing but enjoyable. The ballroom facilities are very well lit and spacious and the view really ads much more to the experience. There is a spacious outdoor patio and the center is designed to accomodate a large crowd of upto two hundred people. The only little problem was with the serfving of the reception luncheon, that was served almost an hour after the expected time. Another thing to remember is taking into account the weather, as it does rain alot in South Florida. But this is not a cause for major concer as the entrance tot he building's driveway is covered. I have also been to two other weddings in this venue and was always pleased with the experience. As a matter of fact, both those occasions were before my wedding and were what made me choose the Kovens Center.
