Picture Yourself at Playhouse on the Square
At Playhouse on the Square, we offer a variety of spaces for your event needs, available in 5-hour, 8-hour, or 12-hour blocks. Please note that all load-in, set-up, event activities, breakdown, and cleanup must be completed within your selected time block.
Additional spaces can be added to your rental at a reduced cost, and this cost remains fixed regardless of your main rental duration. If the added space is more expensive than your primary space, the higher cost will serve as your base price. The additional space must run concurrently with your main space rental.
Rental fees cover the presence of one manager on-site during your event. For larger events, additional managers may be required at an extra hourly charge. Please note that rental fees do not include technical support, support staff, bar services, or equipment rental. The pricing block accounts for both setup/decoration and breakdown times.
All requests for additional equipment should be made at least one month prior to your event, with full payment due two weeks before the event date. Equipment will be set up in the event space ahead of the agreed time. For a precise arrangement of furniture and equipment according to a specific floor plan, an additional service fee of $100 will be charged.
