About The Venue1112

We are located in Marysville Michigan! 1,500 square foot meeting and events room available for baby & bridal showers, parties, business meetings, social events, trainings and workshops. Saturday and Sunday Rentals are a Flat Rate of $275.00, Giving you access to the space from either 7:00am-3pm or 3:30-11:30pm You can also rent the whole day for $525 if available Monday through Friday Rentals are at an hourly rate of $42.00/hour; 3 hour minimum Set up timespan + Event timespan + Cleanup timespan = Total Rental Time You are welcome to choose the Flat Rate for Monday through Friday rentals should it fit your needs better. ALL rentals are charged a $25.00 Liability Insurance Fee, due with final payment. Your date is NOT secured until the deposit of 1/2 the full rental fee is paid. Room Rental includes; 20 6 foot tables, chairs, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, WiFi & 75" wall mount TV to hook up to your electronic device for pictures/presentations/zoom/etc. There are NO restrictions on food or drink; you can work with a caterer of your choosing or bring in your own food. Capacity: 85 with tables and chairs up, 125 at one time, open house style. Tablecloths(white or black) & Chaircovers (white) are also available to rent for your event.

Fantastic Place to have a small gathering! - An Eventective User

We had a baby shower at The Venue 1112. We have 80 guests. The theme was Winter Wonderland "Baby Its Cold Outside". Kim is an amazing host. She is professional, kind, helpful, and wants to be sure that those that book their parties with her are extremely happy. I would definitely recommend The Venue for any type of smaller party.

Beautiful room - An Eventective User

The party room at Collective Expressions is casual yet beautiful, very user friendly. And the owners at Collective Expressions are so helpful and very responsive to communication. I would recommend this place for any event of 15-50 people.
