If you're looking for Louisville Event Venues to host an event; the Holiday Inn Louisville East offers full conference facilities. With a variety of room sizes to select from, we can host everything from Board Meetings to Galas. Meeting Space Diagram is attached. The Hotels Ballroom can accomodate up to "300" attendees (30 - 72" round tables with 10 seats per table) with a dance floor & stage. The Holiday Inn Louisville East is a Full-Service Hotel that has its own In-House Catering Dept & Banquet Dept. Therefore; we do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought into the hotels meeting spaces. The only exception would be a wedding cake can be brought in. Please contact the Catering Dept. for more information about our Food & Beverage pricing. The 2024 Catering Guide is attached. Prices are subject to change. Please discuss pricing with Catering Director. We own our audio-visual equipment; therefore, our AV pricing is very reasonable.
