Meet chef Isabelle founder of Ratatouille Catering Isabelle's journey from teaching languages to becoming a successful chef with Ratatouille is truly fascinating. Her diverse experiences around the world have shaped her culinary perspective and it's evident in the global influences she incorporates into her menu. Isabelle was born in Grenoble, located in the French Alps. She began her career by teaching languages and traveled extensively to places such as London, Los Angeles, Wudang (China), Ibiza (Spain), Singapore, and Phuket (Thailand). Cooking has always been a passion for Isabelle. She decided to transition from teaching to pursue her love for cooking after studying at the Greta Institute. In 2017, Isabelle opened a seasonal restaurant, expressing her creativity with food and catering to both tourists and locals. Simultaneously, she ran a food truck and catering business for events. Isabelle's menu reflects her culinary experiences from around the world, drawing inspiration from her trips. In 2022, Isabelle decided to move back to Los Angeles to continue expanding her successful catering business.
