The staff on hand is cordial and eager to assist attendees. The hotel itself is lovely, as are the amenities. The meeting spaces are a great value for a high-end hotel. Guests very much enjoyed the catered food, and the rooftop garden really is a lovely end to any conference or meeting. After spending all day indoors, to be able to go out into the hotel's beautiful garden and enjoy a beverage and finger foods while networking and overlooking downtown LA, is truly a treat. Located in a hotel, this space is ideal for meetings that include out-of-town guests. For those located nearby, the hotel is close to major freeways and easy to get to. The parking is easy to find, and the hotel offers both self-park and valet service for parking. Hassle-free parking is a major asset for any meeting in the Los Angeles area, and the Grand Kyoto has it covered. Guests are greeted in a high-end lobby before being directed to the meeting space, which is a good start to the day.
