Founded in 1987, Bravo Productions is an award-winning, full-service event planning, design and production company, featuring catering services, event design, décor, production and management for functions nationwide.
Chef Craig Kohut’s lifelong culinary passion began at an early age in his native Southern California, where he has worked in some of the best restaurants in Orange, Los Angeles and San Francisco Counties. He was inspired by distinguished and talented chefs, who taught him the art of combining and experimenting with different spices and ingredients; the science of cooking, the importance of presentation design, and the zest for knowledge in blending cuisine from all cultures to create great dishes. He also learned there is no job too big or too small.
Chef Craig joined the Bravo Productions team where, he will contribute over 20 years experience in all facets of cooking, combined with his flair for special event design and food services management as Director of Catering and Events.
Bravo Productions has provided food service for weddings and receptions, grand opening ceremonies, product launches, ground-breaking, conferences and meetings, social functions, public events, reunions, sales incentive events, business theater, company anniversaries, fundraising events, theme events, black-tie galas, employee picnics, client appreciation events, holiday parties and VIP receptions.
