• 1 Bartender with bar set-up, including bar ice, non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, disposable cups – Does NOT include tips or alcoholic beverages.
• 1 Service Attendant to assist with setting-up/tearing down, bussing tables, taking out trash, replenishing drink/food stations, and cleaning and mopping post-event.

A La Carte Package
Details
Whether you are planning a birthday or anniversary celebration, wedding reception, holiday party, art opening, band debut, or other special event, our 3,000 square foot hardwood dance floor, built in sound system, and lighting options will set the stage for a memorable occasion.
All rentals include:
• Professional on-site event management staff

Venue Rate
Monday-Thursday $100/hour (Subject to availability)
Friday & Saturday $200/hour
Sunday $150/hour
Additional add-ons
DJ: $50/hour – In-house staff to run a playlist from our house sound system, take requests, and emcee any announcements or introductions.
Bartender staffed through EventGineers (5 hour minimum): $35/hour (excluding tips) – Includes all bar set-up such as ice buckets and scoops, linens, shaker, pour spouts, service tubs and chests, towels, mats, cutting board/knife, beverage napkins, stirrers and caddie. Does NOT include alcoholic beverages. Additional items such as ice, disposable cups, non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, etc can be purchased through EventGineers.
Service Attendant staffed through EventGineers (5 hour minimum): $35/hour (excluding tips) – Includes setting-up/tearing down tables and chairs, greeting guests, maintaining food and beverage stations, helping bus tables to keep them clear, monitoring trash receptacles and bathrooms and replenish as necessary, bringing trash to dumpsters, sweeping/mopping post-event, and assisting with breakdown and bringing materials to client’s vehicles.
Round tables: $20 for 10 person round tables
Chairs: $2.00/chair
Linens: $12.00/table
You need to reserve and pay for all set-up and clean-up time.
