Client agrees to pay a 50% deposit of the Event total of $ at booking (the “Deposit”) and the balance at least two (2) business days before the Event. Client’s date and time for the Event is subject to availability and will not be reserved until Client pays the Deposit in full.
If Client cancels more than seven (7) days before the Event, Client may either: (i) apply the Deposit to an event at a future date at Five Iron Golf Las Vegas within one (1) year of the original Event date (subject to availability); or (ii) receive a refund of 50% of the Deposit. If Client cancels within the seven (7) days prior to the Event, the Deposit is non-refundable and the Company will retain the Deposit.
If fewer guests attend the Event than Client indicated during the negotiation and execution of this Agreement, the total Event price will not change. If more guests attend the Event than Client indicated during the negotiation of this Agreement, Client agrees to pay an additional charge, to be determined in the Company’s sole discretion, on the date of the Event before leaving the Company’s premises.
This agreement is for an Event at Five Iron Golf Las Vegas . The Company will not accommodate a change in venue or issue a refund for any purported misunderstanding on the Client’s part.
Should events beyond the reasonable control of either party occur, including but not limited to, acts of God, disaster, floods, fire, earthquakes, hurricanes, extreme inclement weather, or shortages or disruptions of electrical power, which make this Agreement commercially impracticable, dangerous, or impossible to perform (the “Occurrences”), the parties shall use reasonable best efforts to reschedule the Event to the soonest possible date after the Occurrence has been corrected, remediated, or resolved.
Client agrees to pay for damage to Company facilities, equipment, premises and third-party property caused by Client’s careless use of such equipment or other intentional or negligent acts.
Client assumes all risk and responsibility for any personal property and/or equipment that may be damaged, lost, stolen, or left at Company premises after the Event, and will not hold Company responsible for any such loss or damage.
Payment of CC, ACH or Check is permitted.
