The Retreat also features two luxury RV’s that are permanently installed on the grounds. These are strategically located in the back of the property, one behind The Poolside Terrace, and the other behind The Odeum. These do not stick out and do not interfere with the natural vibe of the property - the owner spared no expense when adding these. Each of these Luxury RVs can accommodate multiple guests between the bedrooms and pull-out couches, allowing you to maximize the guest accommodation. And even if you don’t need to use the RVs for your bridal party, at least they are available to those who probably shouldn’t be driving. Additionally, these RVs can be used to stage the groom if you don’t want him in the main house with the bride, or if he needs to spend the night before the wedding in a separate area.

The Odeum’s Veranda is an interesting and diverse space located along two sides of The Odeum. In the front you’ll see a custom built faux hedge champagne wall and Florida-style pavers. To the left the Veranda comes into view, here we have a foosball table and a bar (what else do you need). And then along the left side of The Odeum it opens up into a private grassy area which is great for horseshoes and hanging out.

The Back Garden is located directly behind the main house, which offers a few benefits. First, the bride can be staged within any area of the main house, away from the groom and anyone else that isn’t supposed to see her. Secondly, the house has a unique floor plan which allows for segments to be blocked off when needed, meaning the groom and groomsmen can also be staged here if preferred. Lastly, the house can act as a sort of “home base” for those who can’t wait outside in the sun. Also, the lawn is flanked on both sides by our banquet style tikis, providing additional shaded guest seating if needed.

The main house offers accommodation for three days and nights in every event package. The main house features an entrance way, front living room, dining room, full kitchen, billiards room, a central open-air courtyard, and five fully furnished bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The home was recently renovated and decorated by a talented interior designer - the photo-ops in here alone are breathtaking. The layout of the house can be described as a “square donut”, with the central courtyard surrounded by hallways and the main living areas on all sides. The hallways can be closed using strategically placed doors, allowing you to block off portions of the house when needed. The main house also backs right up to The Lawn, allowing easy access from inside to down the aisle.

The Odeum is an awesome space that was recently built, and features vine covered chandeliers, a stage, and custom color-changing lights - allowing you to set the room to any color of your choosing. The room is all white with a gorgeous mixed marble floor, allowing you to decorate your wedding without any clashing colors. If you use The Odeum for a seated reception you can accommodate about 100 guests with some space to dance. But if you use The Poolside Terrace for a seated reception, and The Odeum as the “after party” space, then you can easily fit more guests.

This area features a beautiful pool and newly laid patio, surrounded by both natural and artificial turf. To the left of the pool are the two tiki-cabanas, most commonly used to house the cake, and the head table. At the far end of the pool is the main tiki with a built in bar. And to the right is the putting green, which can easily be converted into additional table space. For a seated dinner we find that 75-100 guests is a good number, but you can easily seat more depending on how you lay the space out. And for a standing cocktail hour, 150 guests is the capacity.
