Our 1600 sq ft gallery space consists of 4 rooms; 2 front rooms and 2 large gallery spaces with high ceilings and vibrant artworks on display. There is a large parking lot with free parking.
Capacity is 160.
We have previously hosted wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, corporate seminars, client appreciation parties and non-profit charity events.
This space is ideal for all types of events.
The gallery has a cool open atmosphere.
Outside catering is permitted.
A.This studio is a visual art gallery. Clients must be take full caution around the artwork. For this reason we limit events to adults and young adults (12 and up) only, unless an exception is made prior to booking with staff. We are a non-smoking gallery and no smoking is allowed on the premises.
B. A representative will be onsite during the duration of the client’s event/program.
C. Set Up and Display: Tables, chairs, etc. must be set up in coordination with gallery specifications. Client may not decorate walls for the event/program. Banners, posters, artwork or any other signs must be affixed to free-standing supports. Use of glitter, sparkles, rice, birdseed, or similar material is not allowed. All decorations including flowers must be approved by staff. Client may not make holes in the gallery walls for presentation of any work or information. Special arrangements can be discussed if requested prior to the day of the event/program.
D. Food/Drinks: Client provides any and all food/drinks and supplies. All food and garbage MUST be deposed of by the end of the event.
E. Alcohol: Clients must make us aware of any alcohol that they intend to serve at the event. Groups serving alcoholic beverages must obtain and submit copies of any required permits at least 3 business days before the day of the event. Bartenders must have a serving license. Bartenders must card all guest appearing to be under the age of 30. Bartenders must be responsible for not over serving guests. We can provide a staff person at a rate of $25 per hour to serve alcoholic beverages if not using a professional service.
F. Damages: If during the course of an event rental there is any damage to artwork, walls or major spills that require professional cleaning, repair or replacement the client is responsible for the entire cost of damages.
