With a minimum of $300 planning fee we can plan your private party event from start to finish with a 15% planning fee. We can also assist with set up/tear down/onsite coordination and timeline creation at 25/hour per person. When choosing this package we will book your vendors, organize their arrivals and pay for everything that way you only need to pay one fee. We request a 50% deposit down once we have arrived at the perfect proposal of vendors you need and the rest amount due the week of your event!
This includes us handling your timeline, vendor confirmation and timelines, monitoring arrivals day of, handling set up and tear down, running rehearsal, assisting with vendors during your event and handling any problems that might arise during your event without you having to even know about them :)
We can do low monthly installments, half down or if you would prefer to get it out of the way a full payment! We want you to book with confidence so please schedule a meet and greet with out planner Crystal so she can chat details of your big day :)
This option is perfect for our Brides and Grooms who live a very busy lifestyle and do not have the time to find the vendors of their dreams! Don't worry, you now will have 24/7 access to your coordinator and all access to our vendor referrals that will fit your needs to book. We attend the meetings or taste testings you have with them if you would like and also still create your dream timeline of events, organize your vendor timelines and follow up that day, set up, tear down, and are there from start to finish!
