If the limit reaches over 100 guest, we reserve the right to charge $250 extra to allow more guest. Guest are to ether stay inside or stay outside, not in-between entrance door. Do not crowd the entrance or hall way area, as that is a fire hazard. Front door must remain closed at all times. If you are partying, please pick up and take trash to the outside parking area side of the building after event. If guest are caught littering or causing commotion on the outside perimeter host will be penalized with a fee or may even be banned. Please respect surrounding areas. No alcohol out on the outside perimeter, No more than 100 guest at a time. No disorderly conduct. You can cancel your event within 48 hours before the event.
