This unique lounge features three distinctive areas of entertainment; a main gallery that offers a bar w/ seating, a suspended 60” TV offering viewing from all angles, dining tables & chairs, comfortable club chairs and tables suitable for dining playing chess, cards etc.. and a center standing socializing table. The other two entertainment areas are the screening room with an 70” TV oversized barstools and hightop granite tables, banquette seating w/ 5 individual dining tables. This room can easily be transitioned to suit your specific event needs. The 3rd entertainment area is the conversation room with plush leather sofa and loveseat coffee tables, extra large comfortable chairs and a 50” TV. All three rooms are included in rental as well as all the furnishings. Tables and chairs can be removed, rearranged or added to suit your event’s needs. Additionally there is outdoor seating & dining for 14 Cooking onsite is not permitted but prepared foods are allowed as well as heated chaffing pans are provided at no charge for renters to place their pans of already prepared food as needed to keep warm.
