A Beautiful Affordable Event Site in the Heart of Jacksonville’s Historic Riverside/Avondale Neighborhood Riverside House, headquarters and home of the Junior League of Jacksonville, opened its facilities to the Jacksonville community in December of 1980. This historic facility offers its boardroom, auditorium, reception hall and kitchen to the public at affordable rates. Originally a church built in the 1920’s, this beautiful property is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies, receptions, meetings and other celebratory events – large and small.
