NIce and clean location, An Eventective User from Los Angeles, Ca

I went there for a wkend convention. It was a health and science convention that they have every year. I went with the company i was working with at the time. we flew in on a Friday night, we checked in easy at the hotel, and on Saturday morning we went down to have breakfast there. They had a buffet style breakfast (which was great) and after we went to the hall where everyone was. It was nice and big size space and very clean. I like it very much. everything was clean and the service of the staff was great. i would recommend it to anyone..

Great for multiple breakout sessions, An Eventective User from West Lafayette, IN

I attended an all-day, work-related conference here in June 2011 that had multiple training sessions ongoing at the same time. One major thing I dread at these types of conferences is when sessions are held in rooms on different floors and opposite parts of the building (makes me feel as though I'm in high school again, racing to get to class before the bell). Indianapolis Marriott North has its meeting rooms all down the same hall, though not necessary bumped up against each other so you're not distracted by a presentation taking place next door. And with the doors shut, you're not hearing any activity taking place outside either. It's also set up so that the large gathering area where you can mingle/have refreshments is right before you walk down the hall, so you're also not distracted by what's taking place there. Other pros: ample parking, despite being situation in a dense retail area; parking is free and right outside the main hotel entrance, so no need to mess with parking garages; courteous staff; meeting space well-separated from the hotel portion; clean meetings rooms; clean and close-by restrooms; located next to an upscale shopping mall and restaurants, if you have time to kill before or after. I have to attend this work conference in Indianapolis every summer and definitely prefer Indianapolis Marriott North to other locations it's been held in the past, especially compared to downtown locations (more traffic, pay-per-hour parking garages). Only con is that the location is inconvenient if you're in Indianapolis to do business downtown, rather than on the north side.
