To hold your date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the Venue Rental Fee on contract signing with the remaining balance due no later than 60 days before your event. For weekday events a $500 damage and security deposit, is due in the form of check, cash, or charged to a major credit card 60 day before your event and will be refunded to you upon completion of event provided there are no significant damages.
