Terms and Conditions

Officiant will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ceremony; Marriage license must be presented prior to ceremony; All fees must be paid prior to ceremony; Officiant will provide sample vows for couple's choice; Couple will provide any items needed to perform speciality ceremonies; A Ceremony agreement signed by the couple is mandatory; A charge of $50.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the time in which the ceremony was scheduled to begin. Any fees paid on the date of the ceremony must be paid in cash; A qualified substitute officiant may perform the ceremony upon notice to couple; Any pictures taken by the officiant or their agent will be shared with the couple; All deposits are non-refundable; Officiant will be responsible for appropriate wedding attire; Mileage fee will be determined prior to ceremony and included with ceremony fee;
