The Perfect Setting for Our Wedding Reception — An Eventective User from Hamilton, Ontario

We hosted a wedding reception for ~85 people at the Gasworks and the process was amazing from start to finish. The front lobby has lots of space for guests to hang out if they don’t want to be in the ball room. We had our photobooth set up out there and it worked out great. The ballroom is super ambient and has a stage , which was perfect for our speeches and photo ops later in the night. They have an awesome built-in sound system, which our DJ was able to take advantage of, and our caterers had more than enough room to have our food and bar setup. Micah at the Gasworks was always responsive via email for any questions we had, and Matthew was our on-site coordinator for any venue visits, for our set up, day-of, and tear-down. He was super helpful and we appreciated having him there throughout the planning and at the event. Truly can’t say enough good things about The Gasworks!

A Great Location for a Holiday/Friends Event! — An Eventective User

I booked the concert venue room for about 25-30 people. There was more than enough room and the venue manager (Matthew) was super helpful with helping us set up and accommodate some last minute changes. The process of booking was easy and efficient, all the staff that we worked with to make this event possible was very nice and helpful. The entire venue (washroom, lobby, concert room) was well maintained. I highly recommend booking the concert venue room for your events, as you have plenty of space and access to a projector/mic/sound set up.
