There is a $100 retainer fee to hold or reserve the date. This deposit goes toward your balance. Your 1st payment will be due 1 month prior to your event date with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event date. We will then send you a contract with the event rental details for you to look over and sign. We have Half day rates with two available time slots 9am-4:30pm or 6pm- midnight for $400. Our full day price is $600 this gives you have full access of our space (9am-midnight). Also we have a kitchenette the cleaning refundable deposit of $50 to use that space. We offer the mirror me photo booth for $150 per event!!! If you are needing decor services we can provide that as well. We offer with every rental complimentary black or white table linens and chair covers for $1 each.
