The Holiday Inn Conference center is very convenient as it is located right of the interstate exit and a five min walk to the FSK Mall. The pricing was decent for a meeting so for that I give them credit. The employees that work there have an idea what they are doing but I found that more often than not they had to go find a manager to answer questions that I asked. The fact that a Red Robin was just put in the mall is amazing. The mall is the nicest in the area and it is well kept with a variety of stores. The pictures of the hotel and conference center online make it look luxurious and it was nothing short of that when we arrived. The conference room was huge and much larger than we expected it to be. I hear it is where the local high schools hold their prom so you know it has to be large. The employees are very fast about getting drinks or adjusting the heat. They wanted to make sure that we were comfortable. Overall this was probably one of the better places that we have held our annual paintball convention. We try every year to find a different place that is nicer than the one before but I believe that we will be using this one for the next few years. Very good place overall and there was plenty of space for the large turnout that we have every year.

Awesome Wedding Venue - An Eventective User from Frederick, MD

The facility was ready by the time we got there. We walked in and the whole place was very clean and the staff seemed genuinely excited for us. They showed us around told us were things were and we never saw them again. Which I enjoyed because I didn't want strangers at my wedding. I felt like if I needed them for anything i could ask them, and not just because I was paying but because they truly cared about my big day. They even turned off the central A.C. during our actual marriage ceremony. The reception hall was amazing it was beautifully arranged. the florist did an amazing job as did the caterers. The only thing I didn't like how ever was that we had a wedding crasher who was apparently a guest at the hotel at the time which up set me because the hotel did nothing about it they said it was a personal matter. We politely asked him to leave and he did. An amazing feature of our stay was the indoor pool at the hotel which me and my wife played chicken on top of the best man and bridesmaid. The dressing rooms left little to be desired for they were clean spacious and very pleasing to the eye. The open bar was very well placed, away from the dance floor to make it so people wouldn't be able to just down a ridiculous amount of alcohol. Over all my experience there was one that i will recommend and remember for my entire lifetime.
