Package Terms: 1. Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes events need to be canceled or rescheduled. If you need to cancel your catering package, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows: - Cancellations made [X] days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made. - Cancellations made within [X] days of the event date may be subject to a cancellation fee of [X]% of the total package cost to cover expenses incurred. 2. Method of Payment: Chef Penn Catering accepts the following methods of payment for the balance of the package: - Visa or Mastercard: We accept credit card payments through secure online payment gateways for your convenience.
