The Oliver Art Center has spacious and atmospheric galleries that are perfect for wedding receptions, birthday and anniversary gatherings, and company holiday parties. The galleries have a capacity of 100 people, seated, and the adjoining south-facing deck has views of Betsie Bay and Lake Michigan sunsets. We also have three meeting rooms with water views that are ideal for seminars and meetings, corporate workshops, and many other events. The historic Coast Guard station building, fully renovated in 2012, is fully ADA accessible and LEED Platinum certified, which means that the building is designed to the highest global standards of energy efficiency and environmental awareness.
