We have beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces in the Rocky Mountains - at reasonable prices! Whether you are looking for an indoor venue for a wedding or reception, a large meeting room for training or a retreat, or a picnic shelter for a family reunion barbeque, we've got you covered!
Our large multi-purpose room (capacity 190) features a patio, an integrated audio/visual system, and an adjacent commercial kitchen that is also available for rent. We have smaller rooms for training, meetings, and birthday parties.
Our indoor sports facilities include basketball, volleyball, pickleball, indoor track, fitness rooms, cardio and weight rooms, and a golf simulator. We have a full-sized lap pool, a recreational pool with a slide and lazy river, and an outdoor hot tub.
Our outdoor facilities include picnic shelters, ball fields, a mountain biking park, a skate park, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, and more!

5th Wedding Anniversary Party

The Estes Valley Community Center was a perfect venue for our 5th Wedding Anniversary party! The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative leading into and during the event. The size was perfect - we did two sections for 40-ish people and had room for a big dance floor plus food tables, and eating tables. The room is simple which was perfect for bringing in our own decorations. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host an even in Estes!

The event staff was helpful, friendly, available, and reliable. (Special mention - Event Manager Tonya Russell.) The space worked well for our event. I recommend using the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District Community Center as a venue for a community event.

Nice Informal Event Space

We hosted a family meet and greet at the Bluebird Shelter the evening before my son's wedding. The space was clean and the view was great. It is nothing fancy but served our needs. We even had a herd of elk walk by to say congratulations.
The only drawback was that there is no lighting so when it gets dark, it is time to go.

Thanks for your review! Yes, the shelters at Stanley Park do not have lights, and the park closes at dark. Definitely something to keep in mind. The Marina Pavilion does have lights and parties can go later into the evening -- but it is only rented out May 1 through the first week of September.

The Sisterhood Experience w/Tangled Silver Magazine

We held our 1st Sisterhood Experience at the center and it made for the perfect location as our magazine is all about supporting our community! So, hosting the 1st event in Estes Valley's Community Center was perfect. Tonya and the staff were a delight to work with on our 3 day event! We will be back and I suggest taking a look for your events as the room is bright and airy with windows lining 2 walls. The kitchen access was amazing as well. We also rented one of the outdoor pavillions and it was great with the view as well. I love that we could also break out into smaller rooms as needed too. Thank you Estes Valley Community Center for helping us host our event at your venue!

Welcome Dinner for Wedding Guests

We had a Welcome Dinner here the night before our son's wedding - total of about 120 people. From start to finish - this was an extremely positive experience! Tonya was so helpful and easy to work with. This venue was PERFECT for what we were looking for - The location was convenient and the scenery from the patio was amazing! I would absolutely recommend Tonya and the Estes Valley Rec Center for any type of gathering at all.

What a great shelter and park to kick off our family reunion! Tonya Russell, the Event Manager, for Estes Valley Recreation and Parks District, was so knowledgeable and helpful in assessing our needs and desires for our reunion. The Bluebird Shelter was clean and ready for us, with available electricity, close restrooms and close parking. The cost was very reasonable. Our family had a super time in a beautiful setting!
