The wedding ceremony rate, when also booking a reception, is $350.
The Hearthside offers many beautiful settings for wedding ceremonies, both indoors and out. The banquet hall and chapel of Hearthside are available year-round. During the warmer months, you may also choose to have your ceremony outside in the backyard garden. If you initially choose to have an outdoor ceremony, the main hall is available in the event of bad weather.
Ceremonies Only
If you are not renting Hearthside for your reception but would like to hold your wedding ceremony at Hearthside, we can often accommodate wedding ceremonies for a $700 fee for a two-hour window. Please note that wedding ceremonies that do not include a reception at Hearthside are subject to additional booking restrictions. Please ask your Hearthside representative for more information.
The wedding ceremony rate includes:
• Your choice of location at Hearthside- banquet hall, chapel, or garden areas
• The use of 100 chiavary chairs.
• Staff on site to handle chair set-up
• Use of the bride’s room to get ready and store personal items
• A one-hour rehearsal time with staff available to answer questions.
• Rehearsal dates and times can only be confirmed two weeks prior to the rehearsal. Rehearsals are scheduled around existing events at Hearthside, and will generally need to be scheduled on weekdays between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Every effort will be made to meet your requested date and time.

Includes building rental for 5 hours. Additional hourly rental beyond allotted rental time may be available for $150 per hour.
Rental Fee Includes:
• The exclusive use of the building for five hours. You are given access to the building two hours prior to your rental time for the set-up of evening events, and one hour prior for daytime events. You are also allowed one hour after your event for clean-up.
• A host on site for your entire event to help ensure that your event will run smoothly and be stress-free.
• Customized set-up of our tables and chairs. Our staff will set up and break down tables and chairs to your specifications for one dining and ceremony event. Mid-event furniture transitions eg. luncheon, cocktails, indoor to outdoor dining, etc will be an additional cost depending on setups required. We have available for use: 60? round tables, 8' banquet tables, 6' banquet tables, brown chiavary chairs, white resign chairs
• Tables may be set up within Hearthside or in the backyard garden.
• Linens, in your choice of select colors and size, for up to twelve round tables and four banquet tables. Additional linens can be rented if needed.
• House centerpieces, in select styles and combinations for up to twelve tables.
