Time The venue is available for rent Monday - Sunday from 9am - 1:30am Payment Renters will receive an emailed invoice which can be paid online with a credit card. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve. The remaining 50% balance is due 2 weeks before the event. Additional Services Renters may choose to hire Five14 to assist with planning, setting up and clean up for your private event. Fees Set up on day of event $250 Clean up on day of event $300 Assist with Planning $100-350 Use of Rental Space Parking. This venue offers ample parking with overflow parking across the street and next-door. Furniture. Tables and chairs for 40 people are included in the rental. Additional chairs and tables can be rented at a very affordable rate. 360 camera. There is an additional $250 charge to use the 360 camera for 2 hours during your event. Typically, this includes an hour at the beginning of the event and an hour at the end. Renter can decide when they would like to utilize the camera. Videos from the 360 camera are immediately sent to guests’ phone via text message. Outdoor Space. Renters are prohibited from using behind the building without permission. Renters are prohibited from setting up any party equipment, decorations, tables, etc. in the parking lot or in front of the building without permission. Audio and sound equipment. Five14 does not provide audio and sound equipment. Renters must provide audio and sound equipment. Decorations. Renters are allowed to bring light decorations including balloons, tablecloths, and table decorations. Glitter and confetti are not allowed. There is a $300 penalty for glitter and confetti. Also, nothing can be pinned or taped to the walls due to the art. Renters are responsible for any holes or damage to the walls and art during their rental. Set Up and Clean Up It is the responsibility of the Renter to set up and clean up the rental space after the event. This includes trash removal, sweeping, mopping all spills, stains and sticky spots, and placing all furniture in its original place. Five14 will provide trash cans, brooms, mops, and cleaning solutions. Renter must provide trash bags. One hour of set up and one hour of clean up is included in the Rental. If additional time is needed to set up or clean up, additional time must be added to the rental period. Late departures will be charged an additional hour. Renters who fail to clean up properly and remove all trash will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. Food and Beverages Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Renters must use the Five14 food menu and bar or one of our preferred caterers. A list can be provided at the time of booking. Please see the website for our menu.
