Meeting Venue Reservation Policy
To confirm your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations or changes to the reservation are subject to the following terms:
Cancellations made at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the arrival date will incur a 50% charge of the total reservation value.*
Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date will incur a 75% charge of the total reservation value.*
Reservations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date are considered 100% binding as of the day following the reservation date. Any changes or cancellations will be charged at 100% of the reservation value.*
*All percentages are based on the total reservation amount.

The cleaning and sanitizing fee is for groups greater than 12 attendees. Following the COVID pandemic and deep cleaning and sanitizing surfaces remain in effect (particularly with the measles outbreak affecting West Texas).
The cleaning is completed before the next business day and includes a thorough cleaning of all appliances, furniture, and restrooms, along with sanitizing all surfaces and touchpoints, such as handles and doorknobs. The trash and recyclables are collected and taken to the dumpsters immediately. Lastly, we sweep and vacuum the venue’s floors and rugs.
