Best Wedding Reception Site in Eastern Iowa, An Eventective User from Coralville, Iowa

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Marriott in Coralville, Iowa. Right from the beginning they were professional and patient with all our questions. We were a little wary on the cost so they worked with us to make it fit our budget. The hotel is decorated vintage modern which is what we wanted our wedding theme to be so it worked perfectly. The hotel as a whole is modern, but they have great vintage furniture and pieces everywhere. They even have a library that is really neat. The guests loved having the reception at the hotel so they had places to hang out in between and put the kids to bed early and come back to the reception with the adults. The kids loved having a pool for when the reception got boring. They gave us a great deal on the wedding block which made the guests happy. The Marriott is a little bit expensive, but it is worth it to have the complimentary wedding planner and such a great place. Lastly, the Iowa River view in the back is gorgeous and makes the feel of the hotel relaxing.
