This beautiful, sustainable urban farm has been Columbia's new event hot spot. Set on nearly 3 acres of land just 5 minutes from downtown and USC. Availability for the venue is Monday - Friday Evening Only (4pm-10pm) Saturday and Sunday All Day. Venue Features and Specifications: Venue Capacity: Indoors -- - 125 banquette style seating Outdoor – - 150 banquette style seating in field - 150 banquette style seating in event greenhouse - 3000 standing using the facility in its entirety Included Rental Equipment: A number of folding tables and chairs are available at no extra charge. There is no guarantee on the exact number or condition of the equipment available. 4 six-foot long tables 13 eight-foot long tables 1 ten-foot long high buffet table on rolling casters 20+/- metal folding chairs 5-8 plastic lawn chairs Additional Rental Equipment 100 blonde wood folding chairs - $3.00 each Any additional tables, chairs, linens, tents, etc. must be provided by renter. Ask about our “Preferred List” for party rental equipment. 10 x 20 tents at $150 a piece Fire pits and fire barrels Wooden Barrels and Bar top Lights Plates, Glasses, forks, knives etc maybe rented from City Roots if you hire a dishwasher and additional staff person. Kitchen Availability The indoor facility includes a prep kitchen only (three well stainless steel sink), with a cold storage unit (limited storing space). City Roots does not have a fully functioning kitchen. NO Cooking is allowed inside the facility, just warming. All cooking must be done outside.
