Casa Sur Hacienda is a curated quarter-acre destination for events, retreats, masterminds, and gatherings, space for 200 people, overnight lodging for 14–20, designed for connection and co-creation. We are a culturally rooted, purpose-driven gathering space designed to bring together business leaders, nonprofits, creatives, wellness practitioners, and community members to transform, learn, collaborate, and build sustainable social and economic impact.
Casa Sur Hacienda offers an intentional alternative to traditional venues by providing an accessible, welcoming, and flexible environment for mission-driven events, retreats, workshops, business mixers, and community conversations—removing the financial and cultural barriers that often exclude small businesses, grassroots organizations, and multicultural leaders.
We integrate wellness, entrepreneurship, culture, and civic engagement into a single holistic experience that supports physical, emotional, financial, and cultural wellbeing. Our programming is intentionally bilingual, binational, and inclusive, reflecting the lived realities of the South Bay and Latino community. Central to this approach is the Casa Sur Hacienda Social Ecosystem—a collaborative network of chambers of commerce, professional associations, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, business owners, corporations, and city officials—activated through curated business mixers, panels, workshops, and collaborative experiences that generate meaningful connections, partnerships, visibility, and measurable outcomes.
Beyond hosting gatherings, Casa Sur Hacienda serves as a platform and amplifier for social impact, helping organizations and leaders gain credibility, expand their reach, and sustain momentum. By transforming connection into collaboration and visibility into action, Casa Sur Hacienda creates lasting ripple effects that strengthen individuals, organizations, and the broader regional ecosystem.
