The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place represents the best the city of Chicago has to offer for hotel rooms, dining rooms, and meeting rooms. The Hyatt has an incredible reputation for luxurious accommodations and spectacular customer service in all its locations. But something special happens at the McCormick Place location. It is the best that the Hyatt has to offer. In a city filled with the highest quality meeting and convention locations the Hyatt McCormick Place is second to none. It is ideal for business activities that coincide with conventions at McCormick Place, Chicago's and North America's premier convention location attracting over 3 million visitors annually. Major conventions include the consumer electronics show, the automobile show, and the housewares show. As a member of the American Psychological Association, a more modest convention host at McCormick Place that attracts thousands rather than tens of thousands of attendees, our division, the Rehabilitation Counseling Association had a separate and smaller meeting at the Hyatt. The facility was superbly situated for easy access to the main convention located a short walk away (vans were available if necessary) and the meeting room itself at the Hyatt was satisfactorily prepared and ready on time. Hyatt staff were efficient and accommodating and were ready to meet our every demand. It was expensive but you get what you pay for.
