We had hosted our Sorority Convention as well as attended several Pageants here. the facilities is clean and very homie. Its located on the 7th floor so you get a great view of the city by the river as you get into the lobby. You go downstairs to the banquet rooms and it has a great reception area. the staff are extremely helpful and they work well with you and budget. while we host Sorority Convention here, they worked with us from planning to the weekend of and was very accommodating. whenever we change requirements, they had no problem and worked with us. our sorority sisters from all over the us was very impressed with the facilities. parking can be a little tricky but the lot is located across the street and has a valet as well. its close to many restaurants and nightlife in the heart of downtown. it is easy transportation via CTA the public transit system. its also connected to the Merchandise Mart, where a lot of art and offices are. Best part, you are right on the river bank of chicago. i would host or recommend someone to come here to host their convention or banquet here. best staff and facilities ever. best kept secret in chicago
