Booking and Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or specified amount) is required to secure your event date. No date is confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event date unless otherwise stated in writing. 2. Accepted Payment Methods Payments can be made via cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or credit card (with processing fee if applicable). Late payments may incur a $25 late fee after 7 days past due. 3. Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your event date exclusively. Cancellations made: More than 60 days before the event: 50% of the total fee (minus deposit) will be refunded. Within 60 days of the event: The full fee is non-refundable. If the DJ must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, all funds will be refunded. Travel & Additional Fees Events within 30 miles of Chicago, IL are included in pricing. Additional travel beyond 30 miles may incur a $1.00 per mile travel fee. Parking or toll fees (if required) will be added to the final invoice.

Event Time & Overtime Each package includes the number of hours listed in your agreement. Overtime (if requested and approved on-site) will be billed at $200 per hour or as specified in your package. Overtime must be paid before additional time begins. 5. Setup & Equipment The DJ will arrive 60–90 minutes before the event for setup. Client is responsible for ensuring: Safe, adequate power supply (110V standard outlet). Shelter or covering for outdoor setups. A suitable setup area (minimum 8x8 ft). DJ provides professional-grade sound and lighting equipment per package. 6. Music Planning & Requests Clients may submit music requests and “Do Not Play” lists no later than 2 weeks before the event. Final playlists and timelines must be confirmed prior to the event date. Last-minute requests will be honored when possible, but not guaranteed. 7. Travel & Additional Fees Events within 30 miles of Chicago, IL are included in pricing. Additional travel beyond 30 miles may incur a $1.00 per mile travel fee. Parking or toll fees (if required) will be added to the final invoice. 8. Client Responsibilities Client or venue must provide access to event space at least 90 minutes prior to start time. Client must ensure a safe, respectful environment for DJ and equipment. Meals or refreshments are appreciated for events lasting over 5 hours. Media & Promotion DJ may record short clips or photos during the event for marketing unless the client opts out in writing. Clients may check the box below to decline media use: ? Force Majeure Neither party shall be held liable for non-performance due to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. 12. Agreement Booking a package signifies acceptance of these terms. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth, professional experience for both parties.
