The University Conference, Reservations and Event Services office is responsible for scheduling and/or coordinating usage of nearly all space on UNC Charlotte's campus.
We provide a "one stop shop" for scheduling, event planning and conference coordination for both affiliated and non-affiliated clients regarding all on-campus events. Our staff works with clients to determine all event needs and then arranges and coordinate the necessary services, such as personnel, audio/visual needs, parking, housing, food service and more!
