Welcome to Station West! We’re a multi-space events venue focused on corporate, non-profit, and professional events. Located in the growing Wesley Heights neighborhood, we offer indoor and outdoor event spaces for corporate meetings, networking events, non-profit events, fundraising galas, parties, and other events. Exceptional hospitality, industrial elegance, and a city-scape background await you and your guests.
Our primary indoor event space, The Union, is a blank canvas and perfect for those ready to create a seamless event! With unique brick finishes, 16' ceilings, and views of Uptown Charlotte this space is capable of hosting up to 600 guests, and up to 850 when combining all available venues at Station West.
Secondly, our two smaller indoor event spaces, The Crossing, and Platform Coffee, are vibrant spaces attached to The Union and can be rented individually or as an add on. The coffee shop is best for smaller gatherings and we suggest The Crossing for corporate events, but you can mix and match as you see fit!
Lastly, the outdoor space, The Plaza, features terraced gardens and seating, a food truck zone, and inviting furniture to accommodate different types of groups and events.
Station West is less than 1.5 miles from downtown Charlotte with easy access to Interstates 277 and 77, making it a convenient choice for guests arriving from far and wide to celebrate.
