Around the Cocktail Bar We will rope off a section of the bar to accommodate your group of 180 or below. We can set up food right there. You can use a bar package, an open tab, or a cash bar. There is a minimum cost of $1,000 to keep the event private. It is a great option for birthday celebrations and other milestone events. We have a variety of options for you to choose from at our cocktail bar. Please call us if you want to have a private party. Private Parties at the EXPO Arcade Our backroom on Washington Street is a private area away from the bar, with a 100-person capacity. We have coin-operated arcade games to entertain your guests. There is no room rental fee for the space, but a catering order is required. Please contact us to learn more about our private parties. Stage Area Our stage area fits 150 people in combination with EXPO Arcade. This space is a great setting for live music and features plenty of public seating. A $15 per person minimum is required after dinner hours or a $250/hr minimum to shut down vendors before 8 p.m. This can be discussed in more detail with the event planner. Market Arcade's Atrium This beautiful, classic building from the Pan-American time is right next door to EXPO. With wonderful acoustics, lighting and sound capabilities, and a spacious formal area, this space is perfect for weddings and showers. You can order from all 5 of EXPO’s restaurants during your event. There is a $500 rental fee plus $250 liquor license and $25 an hour for security after 5 p.m. Atrium's Board Room With projector, live video, and audio capabilities, this space is ideal for board meetings, birthday parties, and showers. There is a 60-person capacity and $250 rental fee.
