Terms and Conditions

Services Provided by DWC Alcohol (beer, wine, and select liquors per chosen package) Mixers, garnishes, ice (as package dictates) disposable cups/glassware/cocktail napkins as Indicated Two professional bartenders Complete setup, service, and breakdown of bar area Liquor liability insurance coverage Client Responsibilities Ensure venue permits outside bar services (as needed) Provide reasonable access for setup and breakdown. Notify DWC of final guest count at least 14 days before event. Responsible for any additional venue fees (permits, corkage, etc.) required by location. Payment Terms Deposit: 25% of estimated total due at signing (non-refundable). Balance: Remaining balance due no later than 14 days before event date. Accepted payments: Cash, credit/debit Balance Due 14 days before event Alcohol Service & Safety Bartenders will request ID from guests appearing under 30 years of age. No service to anyone under 21. DWC reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or anyone acting inappropriately. No outside alcohol permitted unless pre-approved by DWC and venue. Liability & Indemnification DWC maintains liquor liability and general liability insurance. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DWC, its owners, and staff against claims, damages, or expenses arising from guest behavior or alcohol consumption. Cancellation Policy Deposit is non-refundable. If canceled more than 60 days before event: 50% of total refunded (excluding deposit). If canceled within 30 days: No refund. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform this Agreement due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, venue closures). Entire Agreement This document contains the full agreement between DWC and the Client. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
