Our services include: Full Planning Whether we’re celebrating your “They said YES” or your “I Do” day we’ll take your vision from Concept to Execution. Totally comprehensive planning for those looking to have most of the planning taken off their plate. We work closely to create the celebration you’ve dreamed of. In most cases, full planning takes between 12-18 months to execute. This option allows us to work together with an unlimited amount of planning hours, theme development, budget management as well as rehearsals, day-of-coordination, venue sourcing and itinerary. Partial Planning Client-led design process ideal for those looking to take on a bit more of the planning themselves. We assist by overseeing the entire planning process and providing guidance on all final steps. This package is ideal for those with a vision but need some help getting there or taking their idea to the next level. This option allows for flexibility of planning within 40 hours. Hours can include but are not limited to the following; advisory, planning, rehearsals and recurring meetings. Day-of-coordination is also offered with this package, hours for day-of-coordination are excluded from set hours of this package. Advisory This package is suitable for clients that are planning most of their own event but are looking for assistance in a specific area. Works best if you are looking to receive some professional direction, includes help in specific areas that you need most. This package is curated personally for what you need help with most, picked from an A La Carte style menu. This option can be used at any time during your planning process and is billed at an hourly commission.
