We had a meeting for our buisness recently at the Metro Meeting Center in Boston and I was very pleased with it. I guess I didn't go into the meeting thinking about the room/facility and left thinking yes I really liked the meeting hall. It wasn't just the building or the things around it. Our meetings were actually quite boring but that is neither here nor there. I really felt secure in the Boston Metro Meeting Center as did my fellow collegues. We would go back to another event in the facility no problem what so ever. It was easy to get in and out of, clearly marked, and the AC worked in the room. We had been to a meeting recently where the room we had was hot as all get out. The AC didn't work, I hate working in conditions like that, as do most people. THe more comfortable you are the better and easier you're meeting/event will be. At least that is my humble opinion. I would gladly go back as I previously stated and would tell anyone scheduling a meeting in Boston to give these guys a call and see if they can use the facility.

I recently went to Boston on business. I travel alot across the company. I am in the Vision field so i am all over the country at meetings and conventions. This time I went to Boston it was for a meeting that was happening only a few hours. The venue it self was so nice and clean. I was surprised on the cleanliness. Lets not forget to mention their staff. The all look professional and clean as well. I went to a restaurant they had inside and let me tell you. It was one of the best steak i have eaten in a while. It was tender and juicy. They also have several bars in case you need a nice nightcap. I would definitely recommend this location for any company looking for a meeting location in Boston

An Excellent Meeting Venue - An Eventective User from Washington, DC

In March, I was invited to a health conference located in Boston, Massachusetts. I have been to many conferences so I am typically not impressed with the venues. The Boston Conference Center, however, was an excellent venue that I hope to visit often. There were many meeting rooms that were each set up in ways that complimented the purpose of the particular meeting. For instance, there was one room that was set up with tables surrounding the room in a square. This allowed for great group discussion and an interactive environment. When we wanted to break-up into small groups, we switched meeting rooms and there was another setup that allowed for large tables with a great deal of space between. All of the rooms were fully equipped with screens for powerpoint presentations, flip charts, and comfortable seeting for attendees. One of the best parts of this conference was the absolutely amazing food. Typically the food is standard at conferences. This food, however, was extremely fresh including fruit platters and salad bars, as well as scrumptious desserts. There were plenty of options for those with diet restrictions, as I have a peanut allergy. Although I am not a vegetarian, there were plenty of delicious options for all attendees. The staff at the Conference Center was extremely welcoming and helpful in providing advice about things to do nearby. I thought that the organization of this conference was excellent and I relate this to the venue, as I have attended other conferences with this Sponsor and the organization was not as good. I highly recommend this venue for venue for a meeting.

It does not get any better than Metro Meeting Centers! What a great concept! Booked a small meeting (30 people) and were treated super well. Absolutely fabulous food, snacks and drinks available all day, and comfortable meeting rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and they have a deal with a local garage so you can park all day for only $15. Quite a bargain....will recommend to others and look forward to returning soon!
