Evergreen partners with Heard Global, our onsite A/V provider, for seamless event support. They offer full-service production for live, virtual, and hybrid events. Select spaces include built-in projectors and screens, while others feature TVs and flexible A/V setups.
Our venue fees typically include a 4-hour venue block with 1 hour for load-in. Onsite furniture, WiFi, security, and cleaning are included in the venue price.
When you book with Evergreen, you’ll have an event and catering manager supporting you. Event managers handle entry, floorplans, and enhancements, while Aramark catering managers manage food and beverage. Our team ensures a seamless, successful event from start to finish.
Fenway Park's private event spaces are fully handicap accessible. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a private entrance at The 521 Overlook, with a dedicated set of elevators. Escalators are located at the 20 Jersey Street entrance for the Aura and Dell Clubs. All spaces are accessible by elevator.
