Facilities: The Main Clubhouse has (10) private dining rooms available for meetings, breakfast, lunch, and dinner with seating up to 400 and up to 600 for cocktail receptions. The Downtown Clubhouse has (7) private rooms available with seating up to 100 available for meetings and luncheons and up to 200 for breakfast and dinner. Cocktail receptions can be accommodated up to 600. Parking is available (in the club’s private lot) on a limited first come first serve basis at an hourly rate, The Harvard Club has “alternative” parking available when the lot is at capacity. For any occasion -- weddings, dinners, receptions, meetings, the Downtown Harvard Club has function rooms that can accommodate 4 to 400 people. Executive Chef Erik LaCross will gladly tailor a menu to suit your specific needs. Schedule a weekend event and enjoy the exclusivity of the entire club, offering unparalleled views of Boston. For parties, weddings or business meetings, the Main Clubhouse offers a variety of rooms to fit your exact needs, accommodating as few as 5 and as many as 500 people. Let our Catering and Culinary Staffs make your next event one to remember! Dress Code: Business Casual shall be the standard dress for men and women at both Clubhouses. Business casual would include collared shirts, casual (but not denim) slacks, and non- athletic shoes. Only a kosher caterer can be brought in. The Club has a preferred vendor for this service. The Club must be closed in order to do a kosher event for over 60 people.
